Newcastle United believe Kieran Trippier will return for the final three matches of the season.

The right-back has been a big absence for manager Eddie Howe in recent weeks.

He has been absent for around two months with a calf problem that is threatening his Euro 2024 as well.

Per The Mail, Trippier will feature when Newcastle take on Brighton a week on Saturday.

They then have to play away games at Manchester United and Brentford to see out the season.

Trippier will have to show England boss Gareth Southgate that he is fit and ready to play.
